Live Guided Meditation

Live Guided Meditation Online

During this time of deep suffering and uncertainty, many are experiencing meditation practice as a refuge in the storm that helps us to awaken out of the trance of reactivity and shift into wise presence. These guided meditations will incorporate both mindfulness and lovingkindness meditation. They are offered to cultivate calm and groundedness and to bring you into connection with your own wise heart and with others during this time of social distancing when it's harder to connect face-to-face.

This meditation series is offered through Zoom videoconferencing.  You must register here to receive the Zoom link used to join the meeting at the appropriate time. You may prepare in advance to participate by tablet, smart phone or computer by downloading the Zoom app. Please see the Zoom Help Center instructions for joining a meeting if you have any questions.

Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 25 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
